Musical Fountain

Fu loves fountains, in fact he loves any water feature. Weather it's a swimming pool, a fish tank, a pond, waterfall, the feng shui water stuffs (whatever you call them) or fountains big or small.
So I thought we can bring him to watch the musical fountain at sentosa.

I remember many years ago when ky and i brought ah boy (big gor) there, he was frightened and refused to come down from me. It was very crowded then and we had to stand to watch the show and at the end of it my back almost broke.

Luckily this time the task of carrying fu lied in the hands of Mr Rao. I had anticipated that fu may be scared, lesson learnt from experience with big gor. Indeed, he was! It's the devilish Merlion with multi-colour laser light eyes that look like they will turn you into ashes if you look at them. Whenever the Merlion's eyes light up, fu will cling onto whoever is carrying him like a koala. Fortunately, the musical fountain was able to captivate fu's attention most of the time. He sat on us watching intently just like he did when we brought him to watch Barney, only turning away when Merlion's eyes light up. I remember when I first watched the show I commented that the Merlion looked 邪. Fu must had felt the same way too.

Anyway, if you havent seen the magical fountain for many years, fret not. It's still the same show as when I watched it around 9 years ago and who knows how many years it had already been playing before I watched it then!
