toilet training

We have been toilet training fu for the longest time. I think it must have
been a year already. Since a long time ago, he's been able to pass motion
in the potty and he has had very few misses about poo'ing in the potty..

Unfortunately, training him to pass urine in the potty or toilet has been
met with little success. Often he will peeeeeeeeeee on the floor and go
"sorry popo! 打屁股!" or just go "orr! Peeee!"... then we'll have to
scramble for rags and new pair of shorts to wipe and change him..

However recently, things seem to have changed for the better. On Saturday,
I was just praising him to ky (not infront of him lah.. pantang mah).. that
he has been having very few misses even for passing urine.. then ALAS! On
Sunday morning, he peed on our comforter.... Sigh.. now we have to sleep
without it for a week cos we sent for wash.. just when I was considering to
send him to school without diapers...

This morning when we reached school and when I was washing his little hands,
Teacher Irene came down and was quite excitedly talking to me

Irene: (something like this) You know he's very good! Yesterday he told me
he wants to pee, so I told him, ok you pee in your diapers and later Teacher
Irene will change for you but he refused. Then he brought me to the toilet
and asked me to take out his shorts and diapers and said must stand this way
this way.. he's very fussy, must do it his way.. then he pass urine and
after that I wanted to wear his diapers for him but he refused to wear..
He's very good you know? For his age... He's very goOD!

Me: boy say thank you teacher Irene..

Fu: thank you

Me: actually my niece who's five months younger than him is toilet trained
for a long time already...

(well... actually inside my heart I was beaming with pride) :D :P
