Rachel was transferred to SGH's Neonatal High Dependency ward. KKH's NICU and NHD are full and vacancies will only be available around 2 weeks later.

Jaundice: started phototherapy as she looked yellow

Detected small to moderate PDA (Patent Ductus Arteriosus) and given treatment. The treatment may cause gastric intolerance.

After we left the hospital, Rachel was transferred to NICU due to her PDA condition and episodes of her turning blue. She was also given some assistance to help her breathe.

Doctors described her as active.
