nonsensical one day, sensible the next

last evening, mil told us a funny conversation she had with fu and it went like this,

mil: 凯植来，婆婆跟你讲，婆婆就是奶奶。
fu: 不是！婆婆不是奶奶！我是大奶奶，婷婷是小奶奶！
mil: ....??? 婆婆就是奶奶.
fu: 不是！我是大奶奶，婷婷是小奶奶！

..... haha.. we asked him when mil told us and he still insisted he's 大奶奶 and ting is 小奶奶. He must had mistaken that 奶奶 means 宝贝....

this morning when we were making our way to mil's place, fu asked us if we're going to popo's house or mahmah's (my mum's) house. I replied to him that today is Wednesday and we're going to popo's house. Remembering that we didnt go to my mum's place on Sunday, he then asked, "is Zelda better or not better?".

Brought smiles to our faces. :)
