Out of the blue, the idea of taking the Singapore flyers to watch the NDP rehearsal fireworks sprung to me. Since we had already bought the tickets we could just arrange to reserve the time slot for our Singapore Flyers experience.
It's an outing for a rather big group. My mum, zoe, parents-in-law, sister-in-law and husband, ky, fu, ting and I. We were a little late when we got there and there was a long queue to board the cabins. SIL was caught by surprise when the road to the Singapore Flyers carpark was closed without prior notice and had to take a BIG detour thus they couldnt take the same flight as us.
As we were a little late, we were still at the bottom when the fireworks started :S. It was quite a so-so experience and I guess I enjoyed it cos of the company of family. Fu and I sat on the floor to look right through the glass and i felt as if i was hanging in the air.
