fu is very bad at conversing in Mandarin. Sometimes my in-laws and ky will chide on him that he's an Indian which will come with violent protests:
我不是！我是华“已”。(He will say he's Mandarin 华语 instead of he's Chinese).
Every Friday, fu will have 听写 in school I have to admit that sometimes we forget about the chinese spelling sessions and forget to run through the words with him. Luckily last night MIL reminded us and ky was sitting with fu to go through his words while I was entertaining ting.
