It's been a year

Exactly a year ago, I was lying on the hospital bed spending my last moments with Angel. A year has passed and the memories are still so vivid. A lot of well-meaning friends will probably ask me not to be sad and not to think about it, I will not take this "don't think about it" approach.

I allow myself to spend moments thinking about Angel, I allow myself to miss her and I allow myself to feel sad. I think Angel is definitely worth me dedicating such moments to her. Even though I may not understand the reasons within my lifetime, I believe Angel was not taken for no reason and I will learn and grow from my experience with and without my her.

You will always be in my heart my darling Angel...
