Anti-antibiotics

Yesterday I called Belinda's clinic to ask how I can tell whether fu needs the antibiotics. Susan, the clinic assistant asked me how fu's cough is adding that she's not expecting that is has gone away. I told her fu's still coughing but it's less phlemy and his mucus is turning clear and there's also no fever. She said his condition doesn't sound worrying so asked me to observe him for another day since they are still open on Sat. I told her even then I still can't tell whether he needs the antibiotics.

She then suggested that we can bring him to the clinic and let them detect whether he's wheezing, if he is we can give him antibiotics. Actually I already felt that he can do without since his condition was already making progress. However, I think we'll do that since I think it's a good way to convince my inlaws that he doesn't need it. What the clinic says always have more bearing than what a layman like me says.

So off we went to the clinic this morning. Susan observed her stomach and said, "No la! He's not wheezing. See? He's still so strong can say NO so loudly. He can even go out and fight with people."

Oh I'm so glad I can don't give fu antibiotics.

In case u wonder why i'm so reluctant to give fu the antibiotics is cos it'll cause our body to develop reliance on it and won't be able to recover if not given next time. That's what happened to most of us adults..
